Welcome to the Fold: A Bullet To The Foot

We found a minor but unsightly formatting issue in the remaster of "Welcome To The Fold". Our bad.

We goofed. Somewhere along the way during the formatting for the print copy of Welcome To The Fold, a minor formatting error crept in involving font ligatures. This made some passages of the text look strange.
